Rebecca Stempien concentrates her practice in the areas of trademark prosecution, trademark litigation, and patent litigation. She earned her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 2001 and her J.D. from American University in 2005. She is admitted to the Bar in Virginia and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Prior to law school she spent a year in the New York State Assembly as a legislative liaison for a state assemblyman.
