Jim Lewis has over 40 years of experience in both national and international patent prosecution and patent litigation. He earned an A.B. in Chemistry from Princeton University in 1957, an M.A. in Physical Chemistry from Dartmouth in 1960 and his L.L.B., magna cum laude, from Western New England College in 1967. He is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts, the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Before working with McNeely, Hare & War LLP, he worked as in-house patent counsel to Eastman Kodak for 25 years.
