Patent Specialist with expertise in electronic devices & processes. Analyze technical & legal documents & advise clients on patentability of new products. Required: B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; 5 years of experience as in-house patent specialist including 2 years of exp in each of the following: patent prosecution, work with standard setting/essentiality evaluation organizations, management of a patent portfolio, and licensing; all experience may be concurrent. Passing score on the USPTO Bar Exam also required.
